This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Streets Sibling Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched ( at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at checkout. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges. We aim to deliver all products within 7 working days providing the products purchased are in stock.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of receiving the Order Confirmation email from [email protected] as these items are made to order. Once you have received the confirmation email you are obliged to continue with the purchase of the item(s) and committed to the Order (please see returns policy). If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
Returns Policy
We will only accept returns if the product received is unopened, has not been worn and is still within the original packaging. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or (at our discretion) a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging within 3 Days of signed reciept. Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or Debit card using papal. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Streets Sibling Ltd reserve the right to change the amend the pricing with an increase or decrease dependant on the supplier and shipping pricing we recieve.
